London Based Senior Test Manager opportunity

We are looking for an Experienced Test Manager to join our team in London. You will work with various clients of NordiQ, mostly related in finance and software plus application implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Sponsor of our Agile culture
• Manage the testing Team
• You help ongoing projects by synchronizing the talent pool and making sure the resource and project are a good fit.
• Team budgetting and testing budgetting
• Deliver the results timely, qualitatively and well communicated
• Support your team in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making
• Serving as a senior coach and advisor to Agile Squads. Remaining close enough to the Squads to add value and to
• Ability to critically evaluate established best practices and provide more viable testing solutions.
• Have a ‘testers mindset’: Consider the why, the how and the what!

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience
• Preferrably in Finance sector experience
• ISTQB Qualified – Foundation Level
• Prince2/PMP
• Demonstrable knowledge of test management in an agile model
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and fundamental test processes, testing levels, tools and Test Automation using Tosca
• TDD and/or BDD testing background
• Knowledge in scrum, development practices and testing in an agile/hybrid model.
• Ability to scrutinize and review tests, test tools and project related documentation, report findings and offer solutions.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships key stakeholders
